Keith Evans obtained a BA in Business law before qualifying as a solicitor in 1980. He founded the firm in 1990.
As a sole practioner he developed an all round experience but as the firm grew solicitors were recruited to specialise in various areas.
He has dealt with personal injury matters over his entire career. He is regarded as an expert in the field of licencing Law and deals with all aspects of the licenced trade from negotiating and drafting leases to the obtaining of premises licences’s.
He has considerable experience in the Magistrates court as an advocate and is part of one of the leading Criminal Defence teams in the area. He has dealt with major cases involving the importation of cocaine of high value and cases such as Murder, manslaughter and rape. Keith also deals with serious white collar Fraud.
The majority of his practice these days is in commercial contracts, commercial conveyancing and private client work dealing with probate and will drafting.
