Paul is an Associate and practises out of our Abergavenny Office. Paul specialises in family law matters, in particular divorce and all forms of ancillary financial relief.
Paul's particular expertise and experience is in advising high net worth clients and dealing with their complex financial affairs. Many of Paul's client also receive advice about children issues including contact, residence and education.
He has a client base made up mainly of high net worth individuals most of whom are based in South Wales and the Marches.
When it comes to buying, selling, leasing homes, land, commercial premises, farms and businesses he can also help deal with lease renewals, property disputes, tenancy agreements and equity release issues.
He trained at Granville West Chivers and Morgan and qualified in 1981. He was senior partner at one of Abergavenny's most prestigious firms; Chivers & Jordan, from 1989 to 2005 when the firm amalgamated with Keith Evans & Company.
Paul is also a member of Monmouthshire County Council and his outside interests include high mountain trekking and snow shoeing.
