Licensed Conveyancer
Stacey Rake joined the firm in 2005 as a legal secretary in the conveyancing department. Stacey soon showed that she had a good understanding of property transactions and is now assisting Keith Evans in dealing with the firms property transactions. Her day to day work load is dealing with re-mortgages, residential sale and purchases.
Stacey has recently qualified as a Licenced Conveyancer after passing her exams. She will continue to work from our Newport office dealing with all residential transactions.
